Simply bring us your sketches and ideas and we'll map out the steps to your dream home.

We begin by sitting down with you to get to know each other better and discuss the issues involved in the custom build process. We realize that this might be an entirely new experience for you, and we want to make sure you fully understand what is involved, and that any fears you have are alleviated immediately. In this first meeting, we also learn where you're at in the lot and plan selection process. If you have any questions about financing, or need recommendations of preferred lenders, we are happy to provide this information as well. We are also happy to provide references for you.
