When installing No Wake Buoys, it is required that they
be approved by LNMC (Lake Norman Marine Commission ). Generally,
private residences are not considered for approval. Communities
may apply. Application fee is $150 and buoys are $1,500.
The applicant is responsible for buoy maintenance.
