McGuire Fishing
Area
| Duke Power Company has done an excellent job with the
public fishing area at the McGuire Nuclear Station. It
is FREE to the public, has a nice parking lot with porta-johns,
graveled walkways, and ample lighting at night. This fishing
area is located off Highway 73 at the McGuire Nuclear
Station. The fishing area is along the output from the
nuclear station or Hot Hole. This public fishing area
is also handicapped accessible with a handicapped accessible
fishing pier. |
